MYTVLAND.COM DEVELOPMENT UNDERWAY Orlando/Burbank: Development is underway for a new web site owned and managed by MPC. MYTVLAND.COM will be available to the film and TV community of professionals seeking a vehicle to showcase their content on a generic site. Once the main site is launched, MPC plans to develop a site for student filmmakers. MPC Chairman, JC Cummings said, "You-Tube and My Space are getting so cluttered with 'public-at-large' videos, true professional artists are jumbled in the mix with kids and amateur videos. MYTVLAND.COM will allow serious filmmakers to direct potential clients to the site showcasing theirs reels and credits with an industry look. We believe it will be a major contributor to our colleagues, students and the business." The web site name is "parked" and if activated will direct web surfers to the MPC site at this time. A full launch is scheduled for fall of 2008. 01/08 TMHP, LLC MAKES PERCENTAGE OF SHARES AVAILABLE Burbank/Orlando: Take My Hand Productions, LLC has recently agreed to make a percentage of remaining privately held shares of stock for the production and movie available to smaller interested investors. TMHP, LLC is the company responsible for financial and production activities on the up coming motion picture, "Take My Hand". Several smaller investors inquired as to how they could participate in the film. Blocks of stock are now available in increments of $5,000.00, with $5,000.00 as the minimum buy-in. Investors may purchase shares in the names of their children, grandchildren or whomever they wish. Stock Certificates will be issued in the names of the investors choice. This designated percentage of shares were reserved by TMHP, LLC specifically to allow affordable participation to individual investors as a private stock offer. This exciting motion picture also qualifies for major tax breaks under the American Jobs Creation Act 2005 for investors. This is a "Win-Win" for audiences, investors and music lovers everywhere. "We believe the program has merit for younger urban programming, but this series doesn't fit our current direction or support", said MPC Chairman, John Cummings. "Real Talk With Kietta" is owned by Dot G Productions of Orlando, Florida where the production was designed and produced at Universal Studios. MPC provided production development, facility acquisition, in studio design, directorial, editing and later representation and spot sales of the series at NATPE. MPC will no longer represent the project in anyway. All information and inquiries regarding the production or episodes available for broadcast should contact Dot G Productions directly. Also, released is a TV movie for tween audiences titled "The Guardians" owned by Ruffhouse Productions. Other representation of programs are currently being evaluated regarding further interest or involvement of MPC. For additional information please contact MPC. 10/07 MPC GEARS FOR '08 SEASON AND POSSIBLE STRIKE Burbank: With its "black cloud" of a possible writers strike looming over the production industry, MPC is currently gearing production activity and schedules for first and second quarter 2008. " We need to get our projects in the mix and finalize all production by May of 2008", MPC Chairman John Cummings said to staff. "A writers walkout will create a very unfriendly landscape for production in third quarter of 2008. If we end up going through what we had to deal with in 1988, we'll have to re-think our entire business model". The 1988 writers strike effected MPC for 18 consecutive weeks. Although the guild was trying to help their own, the staff of MPC became victims which resulted in a massive layoff of all staff members. "Historical data proves the impact of a strike of this nature will plague all areas of the production industry which already faces continual challenges with changing formats and new mediums", Cummings said. To counter any slowdown or work stoppage, MPC plans to wrap all productions during May and focus on editing of projects which will take until late fall to complete. MPC is planning to complete all editing in-house on the projects, which will allow the projects to come in on time. Under this plan, whether the guild and all other related unions decide to walkout it would not jeopardize the status of the projects, nor impact any employees while securing our investors funds. "If a strike does occur and it mirrors the GM strike, which lasted two days, them we just take a break and get back to work as normal, but we need to take this very seriously, since the strike of '88 almost forced us to close our doors...time will tell and we need to prepared", Cummings concluded. -0- 06/07 For Immediate Release, all Media HAMILTON SIGNS ON TO TMH TEAM Gifted gospel composer and music producer, Alexander Hamilton has joined the core team for the motion picture "TAKE MY HAND".
